Quality & Sourcing

How an enquiry becomes a shipment.

Five stages, each confirmed with you before the next begins. We act as your sourcing and coordinating partner throughout.

  1. 01

    Understand Buyer Requirements

We start with the detail: product, quantity, specifications, packaging, destination and commercial terms.

    • Product, grade and variety
    • Quantity, and whether it is a trial or repeat requirement
    • Specification and any standard the product must meet
    • Packaging, labelling and palletisation
    • Destination port, Incoterm and payment terms
  2. 02

    Identify Suitable Suppliers

We identify Indian suppliers capable of meeting that specific requirement, rather than offering a fixed list.

    • Suppliers are identified against your requirement, not from a fixed list
    • Capability for the specific product and grade is assessed first
    • Ability to meet your quantity and timeline is confirmed
    • Where a requirement cannot be met properly, we say so
  3. 03

    Coordinate Specifications

Product specifications and applicable quality requirements are confirmed with the supplier before anything proceeds.

    • Specification is put to the supplier in writing
    • Applicable quality parameters are agreed before proceeding
    • Packaging and labelling requirements are confirmed
    • Anything ambiguous is resolved with you before it becomes an order
  4. 04

    Quality Coordination

We coordinate quality-related requirements with the relevant suppliers and parties involved in the order.

    • Quality requirements are coordinated with the relevant parties
    • Where third-party inspection is required, it is arranged with the buyer
    • Documentation expectations are agreed in advance
    • Deviations found are raised with you rather than absorbed quietly
  5. 05

    Export & Shipment Coordination

Commercial and shipment requirements are coordinated with the relevant parties through to despatch.

    • Commercial terms are coordinated with the relevant parties
    • Shipment arrangements and timelines are tracked
    • Documentation is coordinated through to despatch
    • You are kept informed at each stage by a single point of contact

Our Role, Precisely

What coordination means here.

We think it is worth being exact about where our responsibility sits, so there is no misunderstanding later.

We coordinate

Requirements, supplier identification, specification agreement, quality-related arrangements, and the commercial and shipment coordination that carries an order through to despatch.

We do not manufacture

JSP Global Exports does not own factories or processing facilities. Products are supplied by Indian suppliers we identify and coordinate with on your behalf. Any quality parameter we agree is one we have confirmed with the supplier, not one we certify ourselves.

We tell you what we do not know

If a requirement cannot be met to the specification you need, or a timeline is not realistic, you will hear that from us early rather than late.

Registrations

Certifications will be published once obtained.

Export registrations and certifications for JSP Global Exports are in progress. We do not display badges for credentials we do not yet hold.

Where an order requires specific certification, documentation or third-party inspection, that requirement is coordinated with the relevant suppliers and parties as part of the process above. Tell us what your market requires and we will confirm what can be arranged.
